"The place is beautiful, right next to lake toba. Unfortunately there’s so many things that should be upgraded. The hotel stuff was amazing, always smiling and helpfull."

OK location and could access the lake in a small area outside the hotel. "Wifi not provided and TV not working too very maintainace piwer disruption during mt 3days stay water supply not consistent until wash basin totally no supply and balciny slidding door cannot be lock fully there is a low party wall between roon stranger xan easily climb over entering my room i felt very unsafe i consult Expedia staff to complsin about these issue. Bedsheet and pillow case smell terrible. I will not be staying in this property even it is FOC."
